Cover images are not part of the GCD dataset and are not used here — every photograph in your listings is one you took.
Series titles and publisher names are spelled the way you spell them, learned from the eBay exports you upload and from every batch you approve. That catalogue belongs to your account and is never shared between sellers.
Covers are read by a vision model. It answers what it can see and what it knows about an issue; the database fills what it leaves blank, and where the two disagree the row is flagged for you rather than quietly resolved.
