Point and Sell turns a box of phone photos into eBay, Whatnot and Shopify listings. If your audience sells comics or books on eBay, you already know who needs it. Give them your link; when they subscribe, 20 percent of every payment they make is yours, for as long as they keep paying.

What that is worth

The plans are $19, $49, $99, $199 and $299 a month, so one referral is between $3.80 and $59.80 a month to you, every month. Ten sellers on the $99 plan is $198.00 a month. There is no cap and no tier to climb. A seller who pays yearly pays once a year, so your share comes once a year: Starter yearly is $470.40, and 20 percent of it is $94.08. A shop that outgrows Shop and moves to an Enterprise agreement earns you $59.80 for every month it pays (the terms below say from when).

How it works

Sign in (the same free sign-in sellers use; no card is needed to be an affiliate), pick a code, and your link is pointandsell.com/?from=your-code. Put it in a video description, a newsletter, a forum signature, a shop counter. Your affiliate page shows arrivals, sign-ups, paying sellers and what you have earned, and once you have connected a bank account through Stripe the money is sent on its own: each charge becomes payable 30 days later and goes out in the next payout run.

Anyone who creates a new account through your link within 90 days is yours; an account that already existed is not. The free trial (50 listings) still applies to them; you earn from the first real charge.

The terms, in full

This program is run by Point and Sell LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us").

1. 20 percent of every charge a seller you refer pays to Point and Sell on any plan up to and including Shop, for as long as they keep paying. Counted on the amount they actually paid, so a discount code or a partial refund lowers it and a full refund removes it, as long as it has not been paid out to you yet.
2. Enterprise is a flat amount, for referrals made from 21 November 2026 on. If a seller you refer moves to an Enterprise agreement (invoiced by us, for shops listing more than Shop allows), you earn 20 percent of the Shop plan's monthly price, $59.80, for each month the agreement is paid, instead of a percent of the invoice. It is never more than 20 percent of what was actually paid. A complimentary agreement (an account we give away free) earns nothing, because nothing is charged. Referrals made before that date keep 20 percent of every charge, Enterprise included.
3. A referral is a new account created after opening your link. Your link sets a 90-day cookie; a sign-up inside that window is yours. An account that already existed is nobody's referral, and neither is your own mailbox under another alias.
4. The rate on a referral is fixed the day it is made. Our policy is that the rate for future referrals may change, and that this page will say so 30 days ahead; nothing you have already earned changes, and nothing changes on referrals you have already made.
5. Payable 30 days after each charge, once the refund window has closed, and sent in the next payout run after that (runs happen at least monthly and usually within the day) by bank transfer through Stripe. You set that up once from your affiliate page; Stripe collects the details a bank transfer needs and we store only Stripe's account id. Balances under $1 wait for the next run. Because this is paid income, Stripe asks for your tax details when you set payouts up, and if we pay you more than the IRS threshold in a year we have to send you a 1099-NEC in January. Outside the US, talk to us first.
6. No paid search on our name. Do not bid on "Point and Sell" or pointandsell.com in Google or Bing, and do not present yourself as us. Say what you actually think of the product; the trial is free and you can run a box through it first.
7. Say that the link pays you. Put the disclosure right next to the link, in plain words: "Paid link", "Ad" or "Sponsored" all work. In a video, say it in the video and not only in the description; on a live stream, say it every so often, because most people did not see the start. Wording that hides it is not a disclosure: "sp", "spon", "collab", a bare "thanks" or "ambassador". This is the FTC's rule, not ours. It is on you as the person posting, and on us as the company paying you.
8. Say true things. No invented results, no promise of what anyone will earn, and nothing that suggests eBay, Whatnot or Shopify endorse Point and Sell or this program. What the product does is easy to show; show that.
9. The rules of the room apply. Subreddits, forums, Facebook groups and Discords each have their own rules about promotion and affiliate links. Follow them. Dropping links where they are not allowed is grounds for closing a code, and it costs us the room as well as you.
10. We check. From time to time we search our own name and each active affiliate's code and posts, and write down what we find on your record. If something needs fixing we ask you to fix it, and give you a week, before anything else happens.
11. Either side can end it. You can stop any time by emailing us to close your code. We can close a code that breaks these terms. A closed code makes no new referrals; commissions already earned are still paid.
