Why plain HTML

eBay stopped showing active content (JavaScript, Flash, plug-ins and form actions) in descriptions in June 2017. eBay's policy.
More than half of eBay sales are viewed on a phone or tablet before the buyer pays, eBay says. Short paragraphs read well on a small screen.
No images, fonts or style sheets from other sites, and 4,000 characters at most, the limit eBay's Inventory API sets for a description.

How it is written

A line you leave blank is left out, not printed as an empty label.
Your photos go in eBay's photo section, not in the description.

Need the title too? Use the eBay title builder. For the item specifics, the item specifics lookup.

Point and Sell writes the description, title and item specifics for every item in a box, from your photos. Start free.
