Crosslisting for resellers

One photo batch. eBay, Whatnot, Shopify and Discogs.

For resellers who sell the same stock in more than one place. Shoot once, check one review screen, and tick where the batch goes. eBay and Shopify can be listed for you with one press once connected; Whatnot and Discogs get files you upload yourself.

A whole box takes just your email: no password, and no card until your 21st listing. Plans from $19 a month.

How each marketplace gets the batch

Every category goes to eBay and Whatnot. Shopify takes everything except vinyl records, video games, Funko Pops, DVDs and Blu-rays, and CDs and cassettes. Vinyl records also go to Discogs, as an inventory file. It crosslists to those four, not to Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy or Facebook Marketplace.

When it sells in one place

Crosslisting is in every plan once you turn it on in Settings: each comic has one count, a sale on eBay or your connected Shopify store lowers it, and your other connected sites are changed to match, usually within minutes, with every step in a log you can read. Whatnot and Discogs take files you upload for now, and one tap marks a sale made there, on HipComic or in person. eBay's quantity is changed for you where that is switched on for your account; otherwise the log says what to lower on eBay. Two sales close together on two sites can still both go through, so check the log.

With eBay connected, you also get an email when an eBay sale is in a Whatnot, Shopify or Discogs file. Without it, drop eBay's orders report on the Pick list and it names the ones that also went into a Whatnot file. After a Whatnot show, paste the sold custom labels and get the eBay End file that ends them on eBay.
